At EcoHarmony Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our products.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. All sales are final on any product that has been opened.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@ecoharmonyessentials.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund in these cases.

All unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
